Some recipes are inspired by tradition. Others begin with a completely new idea. At Edison & Jupiter, we make our cakes and pastries in-house, bringing together Hungarian dessert traditions, original recipes and seasonal ingredients.
Our signature Mákosguba is made with our own buttery brioche, while Norka Torta introduces a new cake every month, inspired by personal memories and favourite childhood flavours.

We are dedicated to sourcing and roasting the finest specialty coffee for our guests. Our own Hi New Beans! brand represents our passion for quality, featuring limited-release coffees available exclusively at Edison&Jupiter. Each batch is carefully selected from devoted farmers, roasted in small batches, and crafted to bring out the unique flavors of every bean.
Our goal is to inspire coffee lovers to explore the full potential of specialty coffee, celebrating both the exceptional beans and the craftsmanship behind them. Every drink is prepared with precision and expertise, and we continually experiment with new techniques to create exciting, one-of-a-kind coffee experiences that can only be found at Edison&Jupiter.
